WHO WE ARE

In 2023 Victoria Dellar and Steve Freitas saw an opportunity to open Tracy's first and only Pawn Shop.  With over 30yrs of Pawn Broker experience between them they felt they were more than capable of providing great services to the community in a friendly and professional manner.  Victoria began her career as a Pawn Broker in 1994 and acquired her Gemologist certification from The Gemolical Institute of America in 2005.  Steve Freitas began his career as a Pawn Broker in 2010 as a front desk operator and a Store Manager in 2015.  They are both from the central valley and are proud to have been able to start this venture in Tracy.
